About

Healing isn't just about changing our thoughts—it's about reconnecting with ourselves as whole people.

I offer CBT and EMDR therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and other emotional difficulties. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, while recognising the important relationship between the mind, body, and nervous system.

The "Movement" in my practice reflects my interest in how gentle, everyday movement can support emotional wellbeing and recovery. It isn't about exercise or formal movement therapy, but about recognising that healing often happens not only through talking, but also through reconnecting with our bodies and finding ways to move through life's challenges—both physically and emotionally.

Care for Your Whole Self

I have a particular interest in women's health, including the emotional impact of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). These experiences can affect mood, relationships, self-esteem, and day-to-day life, and they are often misunderstood or overlooked.

I support individuals living with PMS or PMDD, as well as partners who want to better understand these conditions and their impact on relationships. My aim is to provide a compassionate, evidence-informed space where clients can make sense of their experiences, strengthen communication, and develop practical strategies for managing symptoms and navigating challenges together.

Experience & Qualifications

I have over 10 years’ experience working in the NHS, where I have supported individuals across a variety of settings and ages.
